As I walk/hike a lot I need some advice about the safety to walk very early in the morning in this area.

I will be honest, the sector is globally not great. The area is full of pickpockets, drug dealing points and not so welcoming in general. Avoid showing off phones, jewelry or anything too luxurious. I would not recommend to go to these places at night (especially goutte d’or, la chapelle, gare du nord or la Villette).
Beware guys also in the metro, there are a lot of works in the network and that can cause disturbances to go to the WL (especially at the evening). Also beware of pickpockets as well.
My description seems gloomy but realistic unfortunately. My advices are for everyone

Agree with what @TheRhumHoe has just said, I recommend the park Buttes-Chaumont, it’s not far and the area is nicer.

Thank you guys. I live at Pantin so no problem walking the other park, the challenge will be to hit 15-20 km
