Es braucht eine nachhaltige Lösung für dieses Problem. Der Thread hier ändert wenig (wie man sieht). Eure “unverified rums” sehen sie doch auch im System. Das Problem ist, dass zu wenig Kapazitäten frei sind, um da rein zu schauen. Warum ein Post hier den Vorgang beschleunigen sollte, ist mir nicht klar. Und dass manche Rums duch Splits und public interest (z.B. FS Supernum et al.) in die fast lane kommen, sollte einfach von allein auf dem Schirm sein. Just my 2 cents.
Vielleicht sollten unverified rums in der Suche als solche für alle auftauchen und durch votes und/oder reviews den Status “verifiziert” erlangen können. Nur so als Idee, um nicht nur zu meckern.

Community Moderatoren ,die EU s freigeben können, wären auch eine Möglichkeit. Vertrauenswürdig Kandidaten gäbe es sicher einige

Eben. Glaub hier finden sich sicher genug vertrauenswürdige Kandidaten die das übernehmen könnten und dann nur noch freigeben lassen müssen von @Jakob oder @Oliver 
oder ggf sogar Rechte bekommen selbst freizugeben.

It would be great to find a solution regarding the flow of new entries that are still pending, because it will keep going and if more people make entries (sometimes for the same rum) that will be a out of control.
Not only that, and to join the topic that @KevinDK made this evening with the GRF, it would ideal if all the rums from the upcoming Whisky Live were integrated in the database (as they have leaked for 95% of them).

Hat etwas gedauert, bin nun aber durch die gelisteten Rums durch, habe gegengecheckt und soweit möglich freigegeben. Einige Einträge konnte ich nicht mehr finden, entweder wurden die freigeschalten oder sie sind nicht durchgekommen.

Das Thema DB-Pflege haben Oli und ich bereits mehrmals eruiert und wir sind um jede Hilfe froh, glaubt mir. 
Leider ist das aktuelle Berechtigungskonzept bei RumX nicht so aufgebaut, dass wir die Datenbankfreigaben ohne Weiteres für neue User freischalten können. Liegt nicht an mangelndem Vertrauen, sondern an technischer Komplexität.
Wir bleiben natürlich auch weiterhin dran, aber bislang haben wir schlichtweg keine greifbare Lösung finden können.

We’ve added the Whisky Live bottlings from the catalogue ahead of the fair in all of the past years and we plan to do so as well in 2026. Please don‘t forget that this remains a side gig for almost everyone including myself. I have seen the catalogue first time a few days ago, however did not find the required time to add all the bottles to the database since then. If anyone wants to give it a push and upload the bottles, that would of course be a great help.
For other events like GRF, the challenge is even bigger since most of the festival releases are not communicated ahead of the fair and a good amount did not even appear in shops yet, meaning that information on the bottles is hard to obtain if you weren’t at the fair. I‘ve added some bottles based on images shared on the community thread, but I suppose that not all bottles and their details were posted or submitted to the database.

I could not find the submission in the database unfortunately. Can you still see it in the app? If yes, can you send me screenshots of the submission please so I can manually add it?
