Ich hab das Rezept bekommen:
1,5cl Limettensaft
2,25cl Zuckersirup
4,5cl Rum
9cl Wasser
1 Dash Angostura

Ich würd den aber eher mit 5cl Rum und 2-3 Dash Angostura machen.

Had a great tasting last night in a local shop with the following line-up:

From left to right:

• Clément 1976 (20yo) 44%
• The Whisky Jury Cuba 1978 (44yo) 56.6%
• The Whisky Agency Uitvlugt 1990 (25yo) 49.7%
• The Whisky Agency Caroni 1997 (15yo) 52.1%
• Nobilis Trinidad 1999 (24yo) 65.5%
• The Whisky Jury Hampden 2019 (5yo) 58.8%

All of them were great obviously, but my personal top 3:

1. Nobilis Trinidad 1999
2. Clément 1976
3. The Whisky Agency Caroni 1997

Als Mixer großartig, aber für Notes muss er dann doch mal wieder pur ins Glas. Und auch hier macht er eine gute Figur.
