Which rum is your favorite for it?

Worthy Park 109 works really well, but does not look as good because of the color. If you serve it in a tiki mug, you can’t see that though.

If you want to stick to a white(-ish) rum, probitas or rum fire. Obviously adjust the ratio if using rum fire.

Plantation 3 Stars works absolutly fine and is quite affordable, too.

Schmeckt geil … Könnte aber homogener sein.

What is the secret???

Edit: The blender is good. Had it running long. Maybe the coco is to warm and crushed ice Instead of cubes … Keep you updated

Edit 2: it is a temperature thing

Edit 3: much more ice and blending like a mo"f*er

Edit 4: much better

Edit 5: one last shot for today

Yes … Mutherfuuuuuu***"

Edit last: the egg yolk nailed it!

My recommendation: Mix coconut milk with canned pineapple chunks and their juice, divide into portions, and place in the freezer. Half an hour before making the drink, take one (or more) portions out of the freezer and let them thaw. Then add them to the blender along with the rum and lime juice.

Done.

No extra ice is needed, and the drink isn’t as sweet as the ones you unfortunately often get in bars. Plus, it’s easy to stock up on them in the freezer.

Sounds plausible. The ice liquifiying the drink … Not really necessary.

The Greek yogurt might have done a good job. But I have to make some more tests to isolate the differences
