Good luck if you want a bottle. There are two batches, 189 bottles each. I think that they will sell out extremely fast since they are a co-release with the Confrérie du Rhum.

Will nicht wissen welche Preise aufgerufen werden.
Spannend wäre auf dem Papier der HD C<>H 2010, aber preislich wird der unbezahlbar sein.
Sind Sammlerflaschen von Beginn an.

Er hat ja ähnliche Stats wie der Habitation Velier Hampden 2010 C<>H, ist aber 12 Jahre tropisch gereift im Vergleich zu 10 Jahren vom 68,5% HV HD (RX5340)

Die roten Etiketten find ich klasse. Gerne mehr davon. Scheiß auf wilde Tiere, Vögel, Samurais, Poker- und Tarotkarten … leider sieht das tatsächlich nach nem üblen Sammler-Set aus 
Nimm doch den (RX5340) … aktuell für ~285€ zu haben.

Soll übrigens bei ca. 3000€ (inkl Steuern) liegen. Also ca. 500 pro Buddel…sind dann ca. 43€/cl.
Ist das akzeptabel? 100€ für ein 2cl Sampleset? Vielleicht teilt das Ding ja jmd?

Ein 18 y.o. Diamond, ein 19 y.o.Foursquare, ein 31 y.o. Uitvlugt, ein 12 y.o. Hampden, ein 17 y.o. Worthy Park und ein 17 y.o. Long Pond. Um ehrlich zu sein, wäre ich für keine dieser Abfüllung bereit, (auch nur annähernd) 500€ zu zahlen. Ist imo ein reines Collector item.

I wouldn’t mind trying the Hampden but they can keep the rest. To be honest, I’m a little disgusted by the new pricing policy of LMDW&Velier.

It’s predatory marketing to trick collectors into investing and want-to-be collectors into FOMO. Unfortunately not exactly a new development in the spirits world.

Didn’t the “The Last” refer to the regular(-ish) numbered release series that consist of multiple barrels each (blends)?
I remember reading something like “from now on, it’s only single barrel releases”. But I guess communication could have been better on the issue.
Re the set: On one hand, Luca launches the VSGB, on the other hand he says stuff like this:
“I wanted to create valuable bottlings that could be auctioned like the greatest single malts or works of art[…]
It seems that “other” side has taken over now…

Wo und wann gibt es die genau. Zur Not einen Split auf gemacht, danach mit Tee aufgefüllt und wieder in den Schrank ganz vorne reingestellt. Hat eine Erinnerung an die frühe Kindheit, als man noch mit Blechspielzeug gespielt hat und Captain Future lief.
