My money is on TDL 
TDL or Trinidad doesn’t have its own brand apart from Angostura, so I wouldn’t bet my horse on that. 
And Angostura is just really more of a one-size-fits-all product.
Having your own brand that sells alongside third-party brands, meaning independent bottlers plus really awesome stuff distilled on your own still, sold and properly marketed yourself — that’s rare in the rum industry.

That’s probably true and you’re definitely spoiled these days, but still there are just fewer and fewer cool booths, and the supporting program around it isn’t what it used to be either. But that’s getting too off-topic otherwise the discussion will go sideways

The 2001 is almost within the price range and worth considering. With TDLs from before 2000, I’ve had less good experiences since they differ in profile. In that case, 539€ is rather off-putting unless I’m missing something about why the 1999 vintage is so valuable!?!?
