Nothing makes you get through the day more relaxed than a little tasting at 11:00 a.m.…
But what a disappointment! I maintain that the hay meadow spirit is brilliant, but the rest is almost a complete failure. Only the autumn leaves and the raspberry/strawberry spirit barely make the grade. The others are somewhere between toilet stone and disgust. This is nothing!

Yeah, I’m with you on that, it was quite interesting as an experiment, but nothing more than that. It’s still okay on the nose, but once you get to the palate, that’s pretty much where it ends.
