Meine Flasche hat auch keine Nummer.
Ich habe Ricci per Mail gefragt und al Antwort bekommen:
Die Flaschen wurden mit einem Stift beschriftet und dieser hält nicht auf der Flasche.
Ich habe in der Mail meine Nummer mitgeteilt bekommen und habe die Mail ausgedruckt mit zu meiner Flasche.
Das Problem ist nur wenn keiner eine Nummer hat dann dann dann? Bitte nicht weiter darüber nachdenken.
Ich freue mich auf den Sample und wenn er gut ist mach ich die Flasche auch ohne Nummer auf.

Hi Armin, this is strange indeed.
Did they confirm to you how many bottles they released? I did not get answer for a direct question.
They informed me on my bottle number as well - it is #12 . But no sign of pen:)

Es dürfen nicht mehr als 260 sein.
Wieviel verkauft sind werden sie uns nicht sagen.
Ist auch nicht wichtig.

Wenn du in 100 Jahren die einzige Nummer hast die offiziell noch nicht geöffnet wurde, dann aber nur dann hast du die letzte Flasche.
Eigentlich ist es echt egal.

As you already know - with a limited release, you’re paying extra cash for the scarcity. Even if you don’t care about collecting or investing.
So it is a question of respect towards customers, to say at least.
If the bottler claims that there are 90 bottles in total, and on the bottle you have there is blank/260, then we are speaking of possible misrepresentation, false advertising, lack of transparency, poor quality control and authenticity concerns.
And if this is the best IB on RumX for 2024.. well good luck with that.

Ah i didnt get that they claimed “only 90 bottles” and then wrote 260 bottles on the label. That is quite odd, considering this is a 1.000 or 2.000 € bottle.
And yeah that does not sound like a best IB of the year at all…
