Mixing Rum 🍹 (Old Cocktail Thread)

1,5oz CDI tricorne
0,75cl limette
0,5 oz pimento dram
0,5 oz Zucker
0,5 oz campari
3 Erdbeeren
Flash blend

Aber dafür waren folgende Frozen Drinks mega:

Disco Banana (minimalist tiki)
1,5 oz Paranubes Cana morada (original float davon und 50/50 agricole Blanco & Overproof Jamaica)
0,25 oz banana liquor (tempus fugit)
0,75z Limette
0,75oz cinnamon syrup (liber & co)
⅓ frische Banane
Flash blend.
Zimt Pulver & caramelized Banane als garnish.

Spicy Haitian mango Daiquiri: (Eigenkreation)

2oz Clairin Sajous
0,75oz mango liqueur (Chinola)
0,75oz Limette
0,75oz Piment Bouk Florita (spicy chili Sirup aus haitianischer chili)
6 Würfel gefrorene Mango
Flash blend mit viel Eis & serve.

Peach Bourbon mint Swizzle:

2oz Yellowstone toasted Bourbon
0,75oz fresh lime juice
0,75oz liber&co peach :peach: syrup
10 fresh mint leaves
Flash blend

:see_no_evil_monkey:

Have you tried this version, by Derek from Make and Drink?

He uses Doctor Bird in his rum blend, which I replaced with Smith & Cross

I didn’t know that one.

Usually I’m against whipping up ingredients that easily spoil but are only used in a handful of cocktails.

But that sirup seems easy enough to make.

Thanks for the idea.

My try at Lau Lana, without 3 stars and with an homemade pimento dram I just made after following your recipe.

For the next try : a little less Campari and a little more Herr.

Silk Stocking, auch aus’m Coconuts & Carnage. Was fürn leckeres Teil. Gefährlich süffig. Kein Komplexitätsmonster, aber unfassbar entspannt zu trinken.
