Klassiker in einer meiner am frühesten regelmäßig für größere Gästegruppen gewählten Kombinationen - Demerara Pot (überwiegend Versailles-Pot, schätze ich) meets “Omas-Backaroma” young HD-Jamaican. Immer noch ein grundsolider MaiTai zum Inflations-Sparkurs! Teurer ist nicht automatisch besser!:slightly_smiling_face:

2,25 cl ginger honey syrup
2.25 cl lime juice
7,5 ml Laphroaig 10
One big compact ice cube
2 slices of candied ginger on top

|22.5 ml|Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur|
|15 ml| Seven Keys Falernum|
|15 ml|[Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)] orgeat-syrup)|
|15 ml|Monin Passion Fruit Syrup|
|22.5 ml|Pineapple juice|
|3 dash|Peychaud’s Aromatic Bitters|
|30 ml|Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
