wenn man offene Flaschen abdichten möchte lese ich oft von Parafilm. Soweit ich informiert bin, kann dadurch aber trotzdem minimal Alkohol entweichen und im direkten Vergleich sollte Teflonband besser abdichten. Meiner Meinung nach ist es besser in der Handhabung.
Da ich aber nur sehr selten Teflonband als Empfehlung gelesen habe, wollte ich die Schwarmintelligenz hier mal befragen.
Spricht aus eurer Sicht irgendwas gegen Teflonband zum abdichten?
The only downside with teflon (PTFE) is that you could end up with tiny particles of Teflon in your rum if you end up ripping it when opening. Teflon is known to be quite unhealthy when consumed.
How often will you open these re-closed bottles? You can always get new shrink seals and a heatgun. That would make a seal at least as good as when you purchased it.

Actually I will only do it when I expect to not open it again for long time. I don’t expect anything from the Teflon band gets into the bottle but still worth to consider to go for Parafilm instead
Der trick mit parafilm ist das man die Folie in der hand aufwärmen muss und dann gut dehnen. Im Labor getestet und es gibt tatsächlich einen Unterschied zwischen handwarm und dehnen und nicht.
