I was excited to start organizing my own bottle split, but I noticed that in my country (Poland), selling alcohol even just for a split is a crime (oopsie!)
So here are 3 questions I have for you:
Beside Germany, France and Slovakia, where it seems selling samples is either legal or tolerated, is your country allowing selling samples?
If your country doesn’t allow it, did you find any alternative to participate in bottle splits?
Would you be interested in participating in a bottle split, where instead of selling samples, we would be exchanging them?
Polish law prohibits both, they are extremely strict on the matter. And any exchange of an item for money is considered a sale, therefore I’m left with 2 options: either doing everything from France when I’m there, or offering to exchange samples for other samples not sure if the latter has been done before here
We got same - maybe even bigger problem in CZ. Distributing alcohol without licence or from a bottle without label is prohibited.
So we have just two ways -

split among your friends for example in your house within a birthday party is alowed. So you need to know the people personaly and you should give them samples personaly for free. (yes, they can pay for something else and you can send them the samples because they forgot them in your house)
And there is also third way that I use pretty often - I buy from the people in the split any sample for 1e. Then I have no fear to sell them my samples. Because in that case we both make activity against the law. So they would probably not send police to me, they made same crime …
