After ageing, this beautiful and tasty rum is now in open glassware for 12-24 hours for breathing…I made a mistake, as it has 70%ABV 
, I think I am in Amor!It is fuckin delicious!

Now 51,5% ABV grappa is moving in 1st Rum fill cask for 4-6 months of Adriatic sea ageing!Just beautiful .I am really looking forward of the result.
