- AMARAS VERDE great affordable smoky mezcal
- ALIPUS SAN LUIS 47.5° MEZCAL less smoky, but more interesting to me. Does not impart strong smoky note to cocktails though.
- CIMARRON BLANCO TEQUILA great affordable blanco (1L !)
- CIMARRON REPOSADO TEQUILA great afforable reposado (1L !)
For sippers:
- ALIPUS SAN ANDRES XX ANNIVERSARIO Have not had it, but is supposed to be really good.
- DERRUMBES TAMAULIPAS MEZCAL Lactic funky mezal
- DERRUMBES DURANGO MEZCAL Both fruity and funky cheese
- Everything by PALENQUE is good mezcal*
- Everything by DON FULANO, FORTALEZA, OCHO is good tequila*
