Split base daiquiri (30 agricole and 30 Jamaican) for myself and cucumber elderflower spritz for the missus. Proost!

The daiquiri allows lot of combination and variations!
One of my favourite :
replace the sugar syrup by coco syrup
put an old cuban (I take the Eminente, 7 or 10 years, this works good).
and a dash (or a a bit more) of banana liqueur!
I like it a lot!

Same thing, but with kiwi syrup and an exotic liqueur (I tried with litchi, pineapple). I took savannas rum with this combination : once creol 52 and intense the other time.

Another one is strawberry syrup and white rhum (the 2 same savannas as above) and litchi liqueur. Very good!

Couldn’t agree more. I love playing with variations of rums and syrups with a daq. Such a beautiful and simple drink and yet so many nuances, almost poetic
