A Zombie today.
The choice of rum might be a bit surprising, but the “related” RX15463 made a top Zombie, as it captured the flavor notes and alcohol strength of the classic mix quite well.
This one unfortunately only works ok, at least I remember the S.B.S better.
The Barapoon 151 Demerara didn’t improve it either
