Gibt es Erfahrungen zu den Jack Tar Caroni Abfüllungen? Excellence Rhum hat jetzt einige im Sortiment (und dazu die neue Cosmic Serie schonmal als bald verfügbar aufgenommen). Ich sehe die Jack Tar Abfüllungen aber fast ausschließlich auf den einschlägigen Auktionsplattfornenn herumschwirren. Bin nicht sicher, ob die so schnell rar wird :). Teuer, verdünnt und eher unspannedes Mark und viele Flaschen. Vielleicht wegen der 15 tropischen Jahre - mir wäre ohne euphorische Reviews ehrlich gesagt schon das Sample zu teuer. ---

Ja sehe ich ähnlich…ist halt ein Versuch von Long Pond das Ding sehr exklusiv zu positionieren, aber sehe es wie du. Kein High Ester Mark und über 2.000 Flaschen…da ist der Preis zu ambitioniert. ---

habe bei Spiritacademy erst jüngst den Black Tot 50 für absolut faire 122 EUR bestellt. Neben dem teuren 48 h Expressversand gibt es auch eine günstigere Alternative für 9,99 EUR mit DPD Tracking. Der Versand dauerte hier auch nur 3 Tage. Bin mal gespannt was für Single Casks Plantation dieses Jahr bringt, sind ja immer ein paar spannende Finishes dabei und dürfte ja auch bald so weit sein. Oder konnte da vielleicht jemand schon auf dem Rumfest etwas mehr erfahren? 🙂 ---

Auf dem GRF hatten sie leider nix dabei. Sollen im Oktober erscheinen. Es gab schon mal Samples, die ich auf Insta gesehen habe, kann mich aber ab nix erinnern. Schauen wir Mal dürfte ja nicht mehr lange dauern bis sie die Info raushauen. Hatte kürzlich auchein Plantation online Tasting gemacht, da war Alexandre Gabriel anwesend. Allzuviel hat er da auch nicht preisgegeben. Hat aber zum Beispiel erwähnt das sie sich Holz von den Mangobäumen die letztes Jahr dem Sturm auf Fiji zum Opfer gefallen sind für Fässer gesichert haben. Aber wann darin Mal was abgefüllt wird. Mal schauen 🤷🏻‍♂️ ---

Hallo, auf der Velier Website (Rubrik Magazin - VNP) findet man schon die Grafikentwürfe für einen Papalin Jamaica 7Y. Weiß da wer schon mehr? Wahrscheinlich gibt es da die News bei der Whisky Live Paris Ende September… Appleton Hearts 2003 wird auch gespoilert, gibt es da schon Infos? Pot oder Column würde mich interessieren. ---

Interessant sind auch die Samples auf dem Bild vom 18.06. JWray&Nephew 2003 und einer aus 1984. Dann dazu der Hearts 2003… Zufall? Oder kommt da etwa ein Hearts 1984? 🧐 ---

Das dürften die Proben zu den Releases sein.
