Hi guys, Ben here, from Spirit Gallery. Since some of you really enjoyed our last releases, weā€™re excited to share to the community our next project. This summer, weā€™re launching an ā€œanti-inflationā€ pack. Three bottles, great value, and lots of fun to share! Weā€™re kicking things off with an Armagnac for rum lovers. Distilled in 2001, made from 100% Folle Blanche at Domaine dā€™EspĆ©rance, located in the heart of Armagnacā€™s ā€œgolden triangle.ā€ This single cask spent 24 years aging in the barrel #1, and was of course bottled at cask strength. Expect a spirit thatā€™s both delicate and rich, with a refined, complex nose and a palate full of fig, prunes and chocolate ā€” definitely a treat for those who appreciate a gourmand/rich, layered molasses rum. This is just the beginning. More details on the rest of the pack, the availabilities & prices will ! be announced soon. Stay tuned for updates! šŸ„ƒ ![Label Etiquette-4](https://community.rum-x.com/uploads/default/original/3X/4/2/4290d2ce0c84562cf09b247d879b50d8c5751c7b.jpeg) ---

Thanks Rob ! Means a lot coming from you šŸ„° 2nd announcement for this anti-inflation pack ! After Armagnac, itā€™s time for rum! Weā€™re about to launch a new collection: Funky Furyā€”high-ester white rums from around the world. Our first stop: a rum from a French island best known for its AOC. You guessed itā€”itā€™s a distillate from Galion Distillery, made from French molasses šŸ‡«šŸ‡·. Ester level? 563g/hLpaā€”a true HLCF with a Martinique twist. It took over six months of back-and-forth with the distillery to lock in the perfect profile. On the palate, get ready for a firework display: ultra-expressive pineapple, a touch of bell pepper, and a hint of smokeā€”almost a nod to mezcal, yet superbly balanced for a high-ester rum. Perfect for sipping neat or for giving your daiquiri a serious upgrade. And thatā€™s not allā€¦ Another exciting announcement is coming very soon! šŸ‘€šŸ„ƒ ![Label Etiquette](https://community.rum-x.com/uploads/default/original/3X/e/a/ea6ad4d60a3dd7dfc9ff8b7eb38756cf4a285ac1.jpeg) ---

As specified by Jackdrop, itā€™s going to be unaged. The idea behind the Funky Fury series is to select unaged high-ester rums from all around the world. In the case of this one, it is definitely a funky, high-ester rum and also a very well-balanced Galion compared to the ones previously released. (Though I havenā€™t tried the Fine Drams, so itā€™s going to be hard to compare.) ---

šŸ”„ Third stop in our series: next up, Guyana! šŸ”„ The latest release from the pack: a Port Mourant 2012. Distilled in the legendary still, then aged for 13 years in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask. Forget everything you think you know about this styleā€”thereā€™s not a hint of soapiness here! The alcohol is perfectly integrated, and thereā€™s plenty of indulgence to go around. On the nose, praline and hazelnut take center stage, gradually giving way to a lovely touch of licorice. On the palate, those same praline and licorice notes shine through, while the unmistakable Guyana character comes forwardā€”blond tobacco and resin, a subtle hint of vegetal/forest floor, all wrapped up in a beautifully controlled power. This is gorgeous, complex, and indulgent molasses rum that should delight fans of Belize, Barbados, and Guyana alike. Stay tuned ā€” the pack launches and all the latest info drops on June 11th in our next post šŸ‘€šŸ„ƒ ![Capture dā€™Ć©cran](https://community.rum-x.com/uploads/default/original/3X/3/c/3c18e3fbe73b7bb6b20ffc7e29fcb263e6e77419.jpeg) ---
