I do not know any other journalist with such a deep knowledge of Rum!
Perhaps he is elready member of Rum-X

I think I’ve seen him on here when we were discussing getting a bunch of his books into Europe? But i’m not 100% sure.

He made a masterclass about esters : What they are ? Where they come from ? What kind of yeast is necessary for them etc.
