So ganz grob soll es hier erklärt sein … Der Alkoholgehalt im Fass kann steigen oder sinken, abhängig von den Lagerbedingungen. In feuchten Umgebungen verdunstet mehr Alkohol, während in trockenen Umgebungen mehr Wasser verdunstet, was zu einer Erhöhung des Alkoholgehalts führt. ---
