The 20% 1 year old Arome Grande give this rum a lot of glue after pouring. But with a little aeration the glue moves into the background and it becomes a good molassed driven DomRep with plenty of chocolate and dried fruits. A few drops of water tame the initial roughness, too. Really good sipper, in my opinion. 🥃 ---

Heute hab ich was vielversprechendes aus der Samblebox gegriffen: [RX10637](https://rumx.com/en/rums/10637/) ![IMGP7021](https://community.rumx.com/uploads/default/original/3X/e/2/e2c2c84615e522bdf3f74a0d6c271ddbf85c7aab.jpeg) Edit: sehr guter alter Clarendon (9.0). Ich finde die 95er und 97er sehr ähnlich und ein wenig besser. ---

Einzig und allein die künstliche Limettensaft-Note irritiert ein wenig. Aber ansonsten gut trinkbar wenn Not an Daiquiri-Zutaten herrscht (was definitiv nie der Fall sein wird). ---
