P.S.: The issue was still due to manual backend processing at Excellence Rhum. As of today, the automatic integration of Excellence Rhum on RumX is now live and in use. This means that when you place an order through RumX, the order is automatically placed in the Excellence Rhum system, preventing overselling. Over 80% of RumX shops have already been switched to this deep integration, and I’m currently working on migrating the rest.
