Bissel Zimt zur Deko. Schmeckt nach Urlaub 🏖 🥥 🍍 Werde in Zukunft mal experimentieren die Balance noch etwas mehr Richtung Kokos zu schieben (persönliche Vorliebe), vielleicht Kokosmilch statt Sahne. Aber so isses schon sehr anständig. ---

Das kam mir tatsächlich auch in den Sinn. Oder Shakara 12/15 🤔 Weiß nur nicht ob die Farbe darunter leidet, wenn man so einen dunklen Rum nimmt. Versuch macht kluch. ---

I would like to share a bit about some of the syrups i’ve been making recently. What thread should that be under? We have one for Orgeat, and one for liqueurs & modifiers. Can i just make a new one for all syrups? Something like: “Syrups - Store-bought or homemade” Edit: nevermind there is a syrups thread. ---

Ich verkoche einfach Kokosmilch (z.B. die von Aldi mit \>kokos) im Verhältnis 1:1 mit Sirup (selbst gemachter Sirup mit dem Verhältnis 2:1 Zucker:Wasser), Das Rezept habe ich glaube ich aus Minimalist Tiki oder so. ---

It’s the same as making simple syrup, but replacing the water with coconut milk. Be careful not to boil it. ---

Jo, im Endeffekt ein Sirup aus Zucker und Kokosmilch. Mit etwas Salz und ich gebe noch geröstete Kokoschips mit rein umd siebe es dann erkaltet ab. Schmeckt etwas erwachsener ---

I guess you could call this drink a riff on banana daiquiri. Nice banana and pineapple notes.
