wenn ich Romain richtig verstanden habe, hatte der Rum mit der extrem langen Fassreifung wohl schon ordentlich Tannin-Partikel angesetzt. Er hat zweimal gefiltert, aber bewusst auf Micro-Filterung verzichtet, um nicht die Aromen zu verlieren. ---

Stefan vom bottleshop hat den gleichen angeboten bekommen und nach 4+ Wochen Lieferzeit auch so geliefert bekommen und unter den Gesichtspunkten zurück gehen lassen 😅 Denke das könnte auch an der brutalen Hitzewelle liegen ---

Der funky Navy von Swell hatte die gleiche Farbe und da war keine Hitzewelle. Ich denke es ist so wie @mto75 gesagt hat, Mika meinte auch es wäre der Fasseinfluss vom TDL Fass. Hatte Stefan den Rum denn probiert? Weil in der Bonner Runde ist er eher gut angekommen … ---

Aber sind ja jetzt nicht die ersten alten TDL Fässer!? Das Tannine die Spirituose grünlich färben, wenn sie zu präsent sind, ist mir einfach neu. Kann natürlich auch sein, dass die Verfärbung sonst raus gefiltert wurden, wenn das geht!?! Bleibt spannend ob der Effekt jetzt öfters auftaucht. Mit der Sorge es nicht verkauft zu bekommen kann ich verstehen… ---
