Recommendations for Liverpool

Hi everyone,
I’m heading to Liverpool in 3 weeks.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a bar with a good rum selection or a well-stocked spirits shop?
General tips and recommendations for the city are also very welcome :slight_smile:

Well there is the Smuggler’s cove bar for rum and cocktails, when I went

As for restaurant, I really the sushis at Etsu

Edit : it was would appear Smuggler’s cove has closed and now it’s another bar called the botanist ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I haven’t been to any of these but they sound interesting (we don’t have much of this in Birmingham) FYI

Definitely seconding Main Rum Company, the partner company to the legendary E&A Scheer. I’d shoot them a message to see if they offer tours or tastings. If they do not, they will for sure know where to go in Liverpool for good rum.
