It’s rather good but one dimensional. I Agree with Flo, Fiji sounds reasonable. It’s buttery. ---

Sehr herausfordernd das Ding. In der Nase finde ich den wenig ansprechend. Zu Beginn sehr eindimensional. Mit der Zeit kommen weitere aber sehr spezielle DĂŒfte dazu. Holz, Röstung, Schokolade, seifig, Kupfer, Metallisch. SpĂ€ter florale Noten, dezent HanfđŸ€” tabak und Karton Im Mund dann holzig, Brombeere, grĂŒner Apfel, rote FrĂŒchte, Melone, Schokolade, GewĂŒrz, Tabak. Abgang sehr trocken, kiwi, dreckige Noten. Ich habe keine Ahnung was das fĂŒr ein Profil ist. Zuerst dachte ich dass es etwas französisches sein muss, da der ABV im VerhĂ€ltnis zur Kraft im Mund und im Abgang relativ niedrig ist. Nach einwenig nachdenken lehne ich mich mal arg aus dem Fenster und behaupte, dass es ein niedrigvolumiger und auch jĂŒngerer (10/12 Jahre) Caroni ist 🙃😜 ---

C: honey, bright yellow N: acetone, wood, spices (green pepper). Tropical fruit (papaya, green apples?) well hidden beneath the acetone/ nail polish. Some bitter chocolate later on. P: mildly sweet on the first sip, with ripe fruits upfront (papaya and apples, kiwi), little astringent. F: metallic, wood, slightly peppery. Guess: ABV-wise, i’d say in the 53% range. I am wildly guessing: maybe Fiji or some sort of Clarendon? Like 10y of aging. Really curious! ---

Ich finde in der Nase SĂŒĂŸe und Marzipan, ein wenig Frucht, dann wird es schwer, weil es hier nach dem Abendessen in der ganzen Bude nach Raclette “duftet” 🙂 ein wenig gebrannte Mandeln vielleicht
 Am Gaumen viel Vanille, Frucht und WĂŒrze, lĂ€sst mich auf Barbados tippen, aber nicht Foursquare. Das Fass mĂŒsste ein Bourbonfass sein. Alkohol um die 55% Das ist wieder nicht einfach und auf jeden Fall ein Rum den ich bisher nicht kenne. Bin wieder auf die Auflösung gespannt! ---

Auch ich gehe hier von einem Fiji aus. Eintönig fruchtig mit einem unspektakulÀrem Finish ca.55% ca.5-10 gelagert im unteren Esterbereich ---

Eingeschenkt. Als erstes Mal fast nur Klebstoff wahrnehmbar. Frucht kann man erahnen. Erstes Nippen zeigt viel WĂŒrze und ein rauchiges Finish. TatsĂ€chlich kommen danach noch tropische Fruchtnoten durch. Jetzt habe ich in der Nase Kiwi entdeckt (gibt’s Rum aus Neuseeland?), Denke ich gebe ihm etwas Zeit. Schmeckt auf jeden Fall gut nach Holz, locker 20 Jahre alt. Alkohol doch Recht stark, tippe auf 59,3prozent. Könnte tatsĂ€chlich irgendein caroni sein. Im zweiten Anlauf kam was fruchtiges durch und dann klebt plötzlich sowas wie ein Fahrradschlauch am Gaumen. 😄 Klebstoff und Holznoten dominieren nach wie vor die Nase, schwer da durchzudringen. WĂŒrze ist vorhanden, etwas Aprikose kommt durch. Am Gaumen dann brennend, Melone vielleicht, jetzt habe ich rote FrĂŒchte. Und es wird dreckiger. WĂŒrde wirklich auf Caroni tippen, weil mir auch gerade nix anderes einfĂ€llt kann ja auch nicht jeden Tag Fiji sagen😁 ---
