Irgendwie glaub ich euch nicht das es Pott Rum ist 😁 Aber tricky ist der wirklich. Abv Tip ich Mal auf knapp unter 60. Nase ist süßlich habe so ne Apfelsinen-Note😋 Am Gaumen dann trockene Früchte, der Mund wird ein gutes Stück ausgetrocknet und es verbleibt ne fruchtige, angenehme Süße ---

In die letzte Probe habt ihr Verdünnung oder Kerosin getan um zu testen ob wir den Unterschied noch merken! 🤪 Edit: Der erste Eindruck war wirklich ein wenig wild. Das ist nach über 2 Stunden verschwunden. Am Gaumen erinnert mich der Rum? an einen Whisky - ein bischen rauchig und medizinisch. Ich habe nicht die kleinste Idee was das sein könnte und bin sehr gespannt auf die Auflösung! ---

Hmmm, nach High Ester schmeckt der nicht! Eher gefällige Low Ester! Sehr angenehm zu trinken, ABV so um die 60%! Schwere dunkle tropische Früchte und reife Mango in der Nase! Ein wenig Ester, minimale Zitrusfrucht (Sternfrucht) Ölig, cremig am Gaumen…Passionsfrucht, leichter Holzeinschlag, gebranntes Karamell, etwas Zimt. Sehr lecker… Im Abgang setzt sich der Gaumen fort… leichte Holznote (Richtung sanfte Bitternote), Trockenobst Ein schöner Abschluss, aber keine Ahnung, was für ein Rum das ist… ---

zu dem Rum gibt es ja die Story, dass der beim Zoll liegen geblieben ist, und die Wu Dram Clan Jungs den spontan übernommen haben, weil er ihnen so gut gefallen hat. Leider ist die Destillerie nicht bekannt. Für mich ist das ein mid-range Ester (LROK, HLCF) HD der vielleicht einer zu starken Oxidation ausgesetzt war, oder sonst irgendwie bei der Lagerung erwas schief gelaufen ist. Auf jeden Falll ein ausgesprochen leckerer Sipper! ---

Von mir auch n dickes Dankeschön. War sehr spannend. Mein absoluter Platz 1 war der Long Pond TECC, genialer Rum. Falls von dem noch jemand n Sample anbieten könnte, würd ich mich echt freuen. Btw., ebenso über den Velier 2010 C\<\>H, den hab ich bisher leider noch nicht probieren können. 🙂 ---
