Sollen wir unsere Schätzungen nur in der Tabelle oder auch hier abgeben? Da ich zweiteres annehme, starte ich mal: Auge und Nase sagen: Ungelagerter Rum –\> Altersschätzung ist einfach. In der Nase ist ziemlich viel los, grasig, etwas fruchtig, erinnert mich an einen Rhum Agricole. Daher wilder Schuss in die Ferne –\> Husk Distillers Laut Artikeln die einzige australische Rumbrennerei, die Zuckerrohr destilliert und Agricole-ähnlichen Rum produziert. Die Nase riecht nach mehr als 40%, ich schätze auf 50%. Wobei ich Dunderhut auch zutraue, dass er wieder so geheime Schätze auftrieb, dass er die Rum-Nummern selber anlegen musste und seine Flaschen noch keine einzige Bewertung haben. 🥰 Die Verkostung führe ich am Abend durch. Apropos Husk Distillery: Diese ging in diesem Sommer in eine Insolvenz, als Kollateralschaden einer Großhändler-Insolvenz. Ihre ganzen, natürlich vorgestreckten Lieferungen an den Großhändler waren für sie verloren, damit fehlte erst einmal die finanzielle Basis.
