Was ist Euer Lieblingsrum für Old Fashioneds? Ich nutze am liebsten den Skeldon 1978 dafür. Man kommt nur so schwer an Nachschub… Scherz beiseite: Der El Dorado 15 hat mir als Standard ganz gut gefallen - die Schwere der Demeraras kommt für mich im Old Fashioned echt gut und harmoniert gut mit etwas Süsse und einem schönen Bitter - zB Schokobitters als Alternative zum klassischen Angostura. Habt ihr auch Favoriten oder Lieblingsrezepte für einen Rum Old Fashioned? ---

Interessante Liste. Wirklich spannende Empfehlungen dabei! 🤩 Dann kippe ich den Rest vom Skeldon weg, pur kannst Du den echt nicht trinken und im Daiquiri macht er mir immer die schöne Farbe kaputt. 🤓 ---

Coole Liste. Interessant den bei einigen Rum Fans sicherlich umstrittenen [Companero Extra Anejo (blaues Label)](https://rumx.com/en/rums/18/1423-world-class-spirits-companero-ron-panama-extra-anejo/?utm_source=rumx&utm_medium=referral&utm_campaign=rumx-forum) dort zu finden. Der ist auf jeden Fall einen Versuch wert. Ich find ihn für einen “unkomplizierten” OF echt gut. Spart man sich schon die Schoko Bitters… 🤓 🍫 Bin gespannt wie Du ihn findest! 🥃 ---

OF funktioniert auch super als Agricol‘Fashioned, z.B. mit JM VSOP oder XO ---

Ich hab vor einiger Zeit eher aus eine Laune heraus Pussers 15 reingekippt. Das Ergebnis hat mich so positiv überrascht, dass es mein aktueller Favorit ist. Hatte auch mal 2/3 Barbados mit 1/3 Jamaica versucht aber das Ergebnis ist mir nicht so im Gedächtnis geblieben wie Variante eins 😉
