# Community ratings and other info disapears on load

Hi @Oliver,

app version 17.7.13 on Android loses info on individual rums after loading them. Affected are

- community ratings
- community stats
- price developement (historical price points, curves,…)

Right after opening the rum:

A few seconds later, no score and no ratings:

It seems to happen on all rum at random.

Timing wise it feels like it’s trying to get detailed info, like the HD image, and that fails after ~5s and then all ratings and stats are gone.

It _could_ be connected to my WiFi… although the other traffic is generally stable.

Edit: seems not to happen in the guest WiFi that I enabled because there were reports that it’s less affected by ipv6 issues.

I tried the other day when I got samples and wanted to “prepare” for tasting by setting them to “private” those disappeared as well.

In the latest update, I have implemented an optimization of the loading frequency. Please click in this app version in your profile under “my bottles” on “Synchronize”, then everything should run smoothly again. 😊🥃

This also happens to me from time to time and I also have the problem on a regular basis that I have to close the app to establish a connection to the database (at least several times a day).
