![1000023353](https://community.rum-x.com/uploads/default/original/3X/4/6/4603139a7bbf734ff72c9335f74015d516dbe616.jpeg) Jetzt habe ich solange die Verhältnisse optimiert, dass ich mich bei der Menge total verrechnet habe. , ca 4,7Liter statt 4 Liter 18,75 Teile statt 16 (bzw 15,75) 10 Teile Wasser = 2,5 Liter 2 Teile Sirup (50:50 Erdbeere und Grenadine) = 500 ml 1,5 Teile Limette = 370 ml 3 Teile Ananassaft = 750 ml 2 Teile Orangensaft = 500 ml 1/4 Teil Allspice = 60 ml 3,5 ml Grapefruitbitter 18,75 Teile = 4680 ml Punch Wichtig: nicht durch zusätzliches Eis verdünnen, sondern frieren! Nachdem ich gerade schreibe, wie dumm ich mich verrechnet habe? Da ist es wohl gut, dass ich die Promotion damals abgebrochen habe - aber da ginge weder um Zahlen noch um Rum 🤣 Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich aber trotzdem zufrieden für den Moment. Bin gespannt wie kalt er über die Tage hält ---

Auf das abschließende Fazit, wie das dann aufgetaut über die Tage funktioniert hat, bin ich schon sehr gespannt. Es macht jedenfalls Spaß des Experiment hier mitzuverfolgen 🙂 ---

Vielleicht “late to the party”, aber es gab mal von Tucher selbstkühlende Bierfässer, doppelwandig mit einem Granulat drin wie in den Sofortkühlpacks im Rettungsdienst. Mit Wasser gemischt ergibt das eine endotherme Reaktion und kühlt wunderbar - allerdings nicht sonderlich lange ---

Fazit: Der Plan ist wie gewünscht aufgegangen. Den Punch hatte ich am Donnerstag morgen aus der Kühlung geholt und in die Boxen gepackt. Freitag waren die Packs noch komplett gefroren, Samstag noch mit Eisstückchen, Sonntag dann völlig aufgetaut und eher Zimmer warm. In der Sonne sind auch die vollständig gefrorenen Pakete schnell aufgetaut. Der halbe Liter war ziemlich gut. Davon ließen sich 2,5 Punches machen bzw. 2 und diese noch etwas verlängern. Herausforderungen für künftige Iterationen: Tetrapacks, die sich gut verschließen lassen - mit der neuen Deckel-Verordnung ist das leider nicht leichter geworden. Der Punch selbst war super, ist gleichmäßig aufgetaut. hat super geschmeckt. Hätte fast noch etwas mehr Wasser beinhalten können. Danke für eure Ideen und die Diskussion, das hat mir sehr geholfen! ---

Summerjam Zeit ist Rum Punch Zeit. Heute das zweite Batch mut 5 l gemacht. Himbeersirup statt Erdbeere und Grenadine. Sonst alles wie letztes Jahr. Die Tetrapacks schließen nicht mehr so gut. Gibt da ewig viel von dem Zeug, war nur das erste was ich als Beispiel gefunden habe. Oder gleich einen Rucksack mit 5l Tank und schlauch. Kühlt den Rücken und macht bestimmt voll ---

Die Idee war ja, kleine Pakete in einem box-in-box-System möglichst lange kühlzuhalten. letztes mal hat das immerhin bis Samstag Nachmittag geklappt. Darum brauche ich so 500 ML Päckchen, die in meine kleinen Boxen passen, die dann in der großen Box bleiben. ---

Habe für dieses Summerjam heute 2 Liter Erdbeersaft mit 10% Zucker gekauft. Gab es bei uns am Erdbeerhof Stand. Will daraus 1:1 Zucketsirup kochen für den Rum Punch. Außerdem habe ich diese 380 ml Trinkbeutel bei Aliexpress gekauft. ![18229](https://community.rumx.com/uploads/default/original/3X/f/c/fc688eb181e2c0ef784962eb5bc49d4628131b35.jpeg) Die passen theoretisch genau in meine kleinen Boxen. Idealerweise kriege ich da 3 Stück von rein und hätte dann fast 200ml mehr pro Box. Dieses Jahr habe ich keinen Rum-Bar Overproof mehr 😭 Habe Wray, den neuen worthy Park und den Monymusk gekauft. Glaube der Monymusk ist ein Ausreißer und eher leichter Column Still. Will 2 Flaschen mitnehmen, weiß aber nicht, ob ich die Flaschen vorher aufmache und probiere (oder einfach alle 3 mitnehmen) Letztes Jahr hat sich das Rezept bewährt, dieses Jahr suche ich neuen Rum und bessere Verpackung. ---

Du bist halt doch ein kleiner Wissenschaftler 😉 Solltest mal ein eigenes Buch schreiben und deine Erfahrungswerte weitergeben. Dann müsste man nicht ständig lange im Forum suchen, wenn man was bestimmtes braucht ---
