Und wie sind deine Eindrücke aus heutiger Sicht? 🙂 Find’s immer wieder spannend wie sich die Labels entwickelt haben. Am Anfang noch relativ simpel und mit der Zeit ging es immer mehr Richtung komplexere Wimmelbilder. Ist uns Anfang selbst gar nicht aufgefallen, dass sich das so sehr verändert hat. ---

![20250610_200810](https://community.rum-x.com/uploads/default/original/3X/f/3/f355f9396a40c68730b6ea114480023fb9440a34.jpeg) Wenn man auf eher seichte Armagnacs steht, ist das für mich die stärkste Empfehlung aus den Pouteou Abfüllungen. 100% Folle Blanche ist erstmal ungewöhnlich und ich hab wesentlich mehr “frische” Traube als diese häufigen Rosinen/Dörrobst/Leder Noten. Bei 30 Jahren Lagerung ist die Frucht aber dennoch ausreichend gereift um nicht zu scharfkantig zu wirken. 87/100 ---

Liebe Armagnac Freunde, mich interessiert Mal welche Erfahrung ihr bis jetzt mit Ungelagerten Armagnac Blanche gemacht habt. Welche habt ihr probiert? Habt ihr welche daheim? In Stuttgart hatte ich den Hontambere Blanche im Glas der hatte es natürlich zwischen all den Vintages nicht so leicht 😅 Aber gerade für sommerliche Longdrinks oder Cocktails finde ich die Kategorie sehr spannend. ---

Ich habe in dieser Hinsicht leider nicht viel Erfahrung mit Blanche, konnte aber die einzelnen Blanches aus Hontambère sortenrein sowie die Blanches aus Séailles und Lecantada Blanche Batches 603 und 604 verkosten. Ich finde sie pur extrem spannend, wobei mir der Séailles von @Junsas eigentlich am besten schmeckt. Er hat eine unglaublich kräftige Himbeernote, die ich als äußerst angenehm in Erinnerung habe. Kurz gesagt: Es gibt viele gute Optionen für Sommergetränke, allen voran meinen Favoriten, den Armagnac Sour. Da ich heute eigentlich drei Calvados probieren wollte, entscheide ich mich für einen Armagnac Sour, der auch besser zur Temperatur passt. 🫠 Hier sind meine Eindrücke vom Séailles aus meinen Verkostungsnotizen: Duft: Blumenwiese, Himbeeren, Parfüm, Gras, Honig, Kirschen, Mandeln, unreife Pflaume, Zitronenschale, Vanille, Pfirsich, Obstbrand Geschmack: Mild, blumig, fruchtig ohne Ende, Himbeeren, Marille, Pflaume, Kirschen, Salbeibonbon, Menthol, Zitrone, Apfel Hoffe konnte etwas helfen 🙂 ---

Probier. Soviele gibt es nicht. Als Anfang würde ich mich an den Cocktail Karten von Nicolas orientieren. Hontambere blanche war auf jeden Fall immer ein solider Mixer. Wirkliche Unterschiede konnte ich bis jetzt aber auch bei Vs, Vsop Qualitäten nicht wirklich feststellen und wir haben hier schon wirklich viele Arictocrats gemischt (Armagnac Vs oder VSOP, Lillet, Ginger Ale, Zitronenzeste). ---
