Light yellow, nice legs coming down the glass once rotated. Nose: the first sniff is pure alcohol, then it gradually opens up…light hints of sugar, kinda of cotton candy. Then a fresh note slowly develops in the glass…adding a couple of water drops release notes of spice and dried fruits (almond or hazelnut). Also I get apples… Mouth: wow, what a twist…vanilla, salty caramel, spices that make your tongue tingle a little bit, possibly wood from the barrel. I’d say 52 to 55 ABV. Kinda reminds me of Bielle (Guadeloupe). But the apple note drives me to Barbados…we’ll see ---

(Hab bisher nur gerochen) Weiß nicht, für Barbados würde mir aber auch irgentwie die Gewürze (z.B. Zimt / Nelke) fehlen. Die Traube erinnert mich etwas an den TCRL Australia 2015 (4 Jahre im Cognacfass). Er hat definitiv auch etwas von einem panamesischen oder cubanischen Rum. Süß und leicht mit fruchtigen Noten ---

So, nachdem ich mich mit Routine-Blick in die Verkostungen in der App leider gespoilert hab😁 Präsentiert sich hier was für mich gänzlich neues. Hatte ich noch nicht.👍 In der Nase mehr Fruchtnoten, am Gaumen eher trockener. Ordentlich Vanille, schmeckt auch etwas harzig. Für die kurze Zeit im Fass ist da sehr viel Einfluss. @Wernie so weit ich weiß ist die Destille tatsächlich noch jung, da muss man auf ältere Abfüllungen noch warten. Korrigiert mich wenn ich falsch liege. ---
